Back Home.
Of Lasik Surgery.
I'm thinking of going for Lasik Surgery. Wondering if my dad will sponsor me.
Hmm.
I guess I should be brave enough to go for it. Oh well, when the time comes.

Oh yah, by the way, I'm back in good ol' sunny (and yes, boring ol') Singapore.
And nah, I've yet to get chomping on my fave bbqed stingray with sambal chilli. Ask me out for supper, please. Despite the tighter clothes and the 2kg weight gain, I'm still raring to go on a crazy food fest of my own. I Miss Singapore Food!
Hongkong
You know the ad whereby these 2 girls were chanting the entire mantra of "In Hongkong, all we ever do was shop, eat, shop, eat, shop..." Any faint idea?
Ok, in my opinion and experience, that was rather inaccurate because, for me, it was purely,
"SHOP, SHOP, SHOP, EAT, SHOP AND SHOP MORE!"
It was a lopsided shopping experience.
Skincare and cosmetics were the bulk of my purchase. H&M and Zara was quite a disappointment. We even went to this outrageously high end shopping department, Harvey Nicol where big brandnames such as LV, Tods, Gucci, Dior and the likes strawl the entire place. One spag top costs a whopping 700 over Sing dollars. Mind boggling amount for a simple grey top. Ok, so what if it was cashmere. The Hong Kongers are rich and willing to spend. Ladies Market was a waste of time. The shopping district around Times Sq is worth going because I got Kiehls and Loccitane products for a much cheaper price (even without sale discounts, most products are cheaper than in Singapore). The next time round, I'm getting an extra luggage to stock up on products from HK. Kose products are cheaper too and Qiu xin recommended me this Kose black mask which apparently works wonders.
They really do love their LVs and their Pradas. Huge ass boutiques are commonplace in Central and Admiralty.
Thanks Qihan for the lovely treat. We put our fine dining skills to great use. =)
Thank God for the countless times where we thought we couldnt make it for a number of bus rides, trips and for a whole lot of other stuff. Just this morning, I heard Typhoon Signal 8 is hoisted in Hk and it was hit by a typhoon. All plane rides out of HK were cancelled and everyone at the airport was told to go home. This happened the afternoon we left Hk. A close shave.
In retrospect, this entire trip was such a blessing and I'm grateful for this experience. It taught me much and I do not think such an experience is easy to come by. After this trip, I've learnt to cherish my friends and loved ones more.
I'm looking forward to Sundays. I miss church services and my church pals.
