Canto. canto. and more canto


Met up with Julez, Li Ping and Qihan for lunch and a wee bit of talk cock session this afternoon. And we had such an awesome time talking, eating and of course teaching Qihan and I, some common cantonese phrases. Stuff like, "Wheres the toilet", ''I'm so-and-so" and most importantly, "How much is it? for shopping purposes. Heh, It was hilarious actually learning how to speak canto. We don't sound convincing enough. Especially Qihan. Oh goodness, we had a good time just laughing at his bad pronunication. I know, kinda mean of us, but we're all good pals so well, no hard feelings ya...

We ate alot ALOT. One for one at Spaghetties only for UOB card users. Naturally, we ate the more expensive stuff. Typical singaporeans. It was off to Changing Appetities for some mudpies for desserts. They were a-okay actually, not that fantastic as we expected them to be. It was really nice sitting and chatting. Feels good to while away the time just doing stress-less stuff.

Seriously, boring times do call for boring measures. Being total slackers with loads of time to kill, Qihan and I were itching to play some MJ. I called whoever whom I think are the most free of late. Sadly, none can make it. So we're a pathetic 2 players short team. Haha. To kill time again, off we went to shop for formal shirts and ties for Qihan. Li ping and I were giving him lotsa suggestions on colour coordination. That soon to be rich fella wanted to buy a $3,500 Baume & Mercier watch! Well, thats what a big fat paycheck can do to your future expenses.


Anyhow, dinner was equally nice. It was overall a damn slack day. The way I like spending my time. Just slacking away, knowing there's no to do list waiting for me at home.

The only thing pulling me back from wanting to get out of Singapore is the company of all my loved ones. They really mean so much to me.

Julez and Liping, please try to go over to Hk okies. Qiuxin, Qihan and I would love your company! We can bunk over like refugees at Qihan's free lodging. Haha. We are so cheapskate. In order to shop and eat more, we don't mind leeching.
