This Small Dingy Restaurant at Serangoon Gardens.

If I remember the name correctly, its Pow Sing Restuarant. It's a Chinese restaurant, obviously from the sound of the name. And in my opinion, it serves way better chicken rice and chicken (why I say this will be explained in a few sentences' time) than Boon Tong Kee. I'm serious.

Ok, I hardly have the opportunity to savour chicken rice which has both the power combination of fragrant rice and tender soft meat. Ha, perhaps, I've always been to the wrong chicken rice stalls. It's either the rice is fragrant enough but the meat is not tender or the meat is soft enough but the rice tasted just like normal rice. Hm, I wonder if I'm one of the few with such experiences.

So lo and behold, we, as in my entire family, found Pow Sing. And they have that power combination. And, they have other really tasty dishes as well. It was a great Good Friday lunch we had. So, it was to everyone's surprise that I had 2 big plates of chicken rice coupled with loads of equally good side dishes.

Oh wells, here comes the ferocious appetite again. Symptoms of an impending something. =\
