Last Presentation of the Term

2 April 2007

Woooo... My last presentation for Cross-cultural Management and Management of Diversity is over. So relieved. One of my fave mods in all 3 years of SMU education. oh well, its not easy work having to team up with 6 other girls. You know, us girls can get too bitchy and talkative for our own good. So I'm very much surprised we managed to get any work done. Anyways, it was great silly fun working in an all girl team. We rock.

here's the all-girl team...
Li Ming, Sylvia, Sharon & the wacky Ling May

Xin... I'll be spending 3 months with her in Shenzhen. =)

Sweet Sylvia

At Mos Burger, where the main topic during lunch is CHEATING BOYFRIENDS...

Faints.. No, not based on my accounts. Based on their accounts. Urps.

I can tell that Qiu Xin belongs to the feminist category, cause she was equally appalled as me to find out about the extent to which boyfriends can cheat on their girlsfriends. Ok, sensitive issue here, shan't elaborate more. Such a horrid issue to talk about over lunch.

Anyway, halfway thru the discussion, May asked this question which kind of pulled me into the whole ugly issue of cheating boyfriends.,

" Hmm, your boyfriend's from NTU rightttt?.."

Me: yeah, I thought I mentioned to you before right?"

"Since he stays in hall... Aren't you worried he'll go astray?"

Me: -Took me awhile to reply- cause I never thought of that scenario before. Actually, I'm not worried. Should I be?

Well, absolute trust in your other half is THE most important aspect in any relationship. It's really pointless to worry too much about boyfriends straying.
I was pretty much left moodless after lunch. I would prefer to talk about positive, cheery stuff.
Haha, I went back to tell Jax about this, and I said, "If you were to let me find out you cheated on me, I'll skin you alive!"
LOL.... kidding.
Ok, back to revision for exams.
Sometimes, it's best not to ponder and dwell too much on the sad facts of life. Be happy, don't worry!
