Clinic-ed

18th April 2007

The long awaited party trip with the babes from Pricing project team.

Decided to make our way to Clinic for chill out and drinks. It was my first visit to the interior of Clinic.

Our main motive was to take advantage of the free entry and 5 free drinks. The place was normal. Thankfully, we got nice cushy seats to plant our butts on (since we aren't in the mood for some trance dancing).

Well, the whole clinical concept was refreshing though. The idea of serving cocktails and drinks through the drips and syringes. I find the whole thing about waitresses decked out in nurse uniforms kinda amusing and rather kinky looking.

Some photo taking along the river. Haha. Steph was the OL (Office Lady) for the night. She looks so office lady-like with her long flowery skirt. Anyway, I decided to opt for slacks. Aren't that bothered to dress up much these days.

Oh, one thing I totally can't stand is Clinic's toilet. I went in, and the first thought that came to was, "Did I just step into a morgue?!'' Haha, it was so eerily cold and metal like. Definitely not those plush and huge restrooms to linger in either to take pictures or to powder our noses. Oh goodness, it pales in comparison to MoS's loo.

But nevertheless, Janice and I still took pictures. Yes, in the horribly eerie toilet. One thing for sure, those who came up with the whole clinical concept of the place, is too obsessed with having a consistent image, to the extent of designing a toilet that adheres to the overall concept. Sheesh, talk about being overly meticulous.

Lovely girls.
We got bored and started taking lame-ass photos.
Whats with the obsession with the electro lighted wall?

Oh well, Clinic got kinda too squishy and boring after a while. And we club hopped to OBar.

As always, free flow on wednesday.

The company was more than wonderful. A good way to wrap up a term's worth of hard work and project meetings. 4 is always a good number for outings. Good for cabbing, good for chilling out and lastly, good for an upcoming MJ session. Wooo.
